Material Analyst
Guarantees the arrival of raw material on time and quantity. Meet designed inventory value. Maintains effective communication with external and internal customers.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure raw material availability to meet customer´s requirements.
- Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.
- Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.
- Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report, past due RANs, critical components, top ten high inventory value components).
- Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
- Meet AS: AS244, AS246, AS051, AS544
- Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
- Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns).
- Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
- Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers.
What is required:
- Engineer and/or bachelors degree
- 2 years in Automotive Industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in JDE or equivalent ERP systems preferred.
