Demand Planning Specialist
Analyze customer demand thru standardized process that cover requirements, forecast fluctuation and contracted volume with customers. Guarantee the follow up of customer portal activities and shipments performed on time and quantity. Provide service to any customer need together with Plant production control teams.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure effective communication with customers.
- Demand analysis, leveling.
- Collaboration and effective communication with Business Units, Material Analysts and production control teams.
- Ensure 100% SEFF.
- Customer shipper verification.
- Verify and follow up especial shipping windows with customers.
- Releases update and analysis
- Optimize the use of space in customer trucks.
- Maximize the use of customer trucks for those who require it.
- Bulletin revision.
- Ensure communication with shipping dock when modifying shippers.
- Verify and fix errors in releases.
- Responsible for Customer´s score cards.
- Update releases, manage revision changes and new launches.
- Customer scorecard disputes
- Create new part numbers in Autorelease.
- Reprocess releases in Autorelease when necessary.
- OPI monthly update.
- Monitor revision changes and avoid obsolescence.
What is required:
- Engineering and/or bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
- Availability to work on site 3 times a week
- English language proficiency is required
