Human Resource Analyst
The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting HR data to assist in workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. They play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to HR Department.
What you’ll do:
- Data Collection: Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning by providing insights into staffing needs, succession planning, and skills gap analysis.
- Recruitment Analytics: Support talent acquisition efforts by evaluating recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, including salary benchmarking.
- Employee Engagement: Measure and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback to drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Compliance: Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- HR Technology: Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR strategies and decision-making.
What is required:
- A Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields required.
- Prior HR Analyst experiance preferred
