IT Infrastructure Specialist
The EUC & LAN Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of the site’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing local area network (LAN) environments, end-user computing (EUC) devices, connectivity services, and site-level IT operations. This position serves as the on-site IT representative and must demonstrate strong customer-facing communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to effectively support business stakeholders.
What is required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting client devices, networking infrastructure, and servers. Strong customer service skills.
Willingness to work occasional weekends, travel bi-monthly, and provide off-hours support as needed.
Preferred Certifications CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals).
Cisco CCNA (or equivalent). ITIL Foundation.
Cybersecurity certifications aligned with TISAX/ISO standards.
