Material Handling Operator Lead, AMT Swing Shift AWCM

In this role you will be responsible for leading cross‑dock shipping and material flow operations during the assigned shift. This role serves as a working lead, ensuring daily shipments are executed accurately, safely, and on time while supporting team members, supervisors, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will need to deliver: On-time shipment, No Missed ASN’s, Safety Metrics Met
What will be the accountabilities/KPIs of the role?
Daily order completion – communication of EOD status
No safety incidents, on-time delivery
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Communicating with Planning team with part shortages, reporting safety incidents or quality concerns
Quarterly workshops, Leadership training,
If you have/are:
3-5 years in warehouse role. Leadership experience
Experience communicating digitally with other teams and people.
Experience using MS Office (Teams, Excel and PPT)
High School or Equivalent
Ability to stay past end of shift if needed for critical customer shipments
Must be willing to learn or operate yard truck
