Process Technician
The process technician will learn a variety of other processes which will allow the process team the flexibility to shift resources to areas of demand. This position will focus mostly on spray drying but can extend to dry mix, tableting and other energetic materials processing.
The process technician will do the hands-on work involved in developing, demonstrating and validating pyrotechnic energetic materials and devices that keep Autoliv at the forefront of innovation in the Automotive Safety Market.
What you’ll do:
• Learn and carry out processing/testing of energetic materials with existing/ new equipment.
• Support the team and supervisor in any areas needed for group success
• Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities.
What is required:
• High school diploma with relevant experience is a minimum, Associates degree/Technical College or similar a plus
• 2+ to 6+ yrs experience process energetic materials
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Occasional demands for extended hours or weekend work may be required to meet business needs.
• Requires long term capability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
