Process Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Provide engineering support for powder processing equipment, including spray dryers, tablet presses, blenders, mixers, mills, sieves, filters, and hoppers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production process and equipment issues to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Lead facility and process improvement projects, including equipment upgrades and renovations to increase efficiency, capacity, and reliability.
Evaluate, specify, and implement new processing equipment and automation solutions, including robotic technologies.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain quality standards and apply process improvement methodologies such as DOE and SPC.
If you have/are:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab (or similar statistical software), Microsoft Office, and MS Project.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, including experience with 8D methodologies.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with familiarity in Leading2Lean or equivalent manufacturing systems.
Working knowledge of PLCs, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in an industrial environment, including lifting up to 40 lbs and climbing ladders as needed.
