Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician
What you'll do:
Repairs, install, troubleshoots, and maintains chilled water systems and equipment.
Must be familiar with electrical circuits both low and high voltage.
Must be familiar with control circuit and diagrams.
Must have experience with building automation systems (Siemens preferred)
Disassembles motors, pumps, and other equipment in preparation for repair.
Troubleshoots heating equipment, inspects circuits and wiring for abnormalities.
Troubleshoots, and repairs air conditioning equipment and preforms P.M.’s
Uses blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications.
Uses electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices.
Uses vacuum pumps and refrigeration recovery equipment and gauges.
Must be self motivated.
Good listening skills and the ability to work independently.
Perform other duties as may be assigned
What is required:
Journeyman HVAC with commercial experience
