The First Shift Expeditor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. Their ability to maintain accurate records and support overall logistics operations through Warehouse Management Systems directly contribute to our success. Will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Process shipments through WMS to start floor production
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues
- Support warehouse staff, including training
- Conduct regular audits and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
What is required:
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of clerical warehouse experience.
• English language proficiency
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Computer Skills
• Multi-Tasking ability
