Customer Quality Representative
Represent Autoliv as the supplier of choice for mobile safety systems by interfacing with customers. The Customer Quality Rep will interact directly and indirectly to customer inquiries to ensure delivery of world class customer service while maintaining customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) • Ensure CSRs are understood and upheld by Autoliv • Ensure Customer Quality Manuals Customer Information Received • Maintain customer scorecard • Monitor customer web based communications • Standard customer audits, surveys, requirements, etc. Change Management • PPAP submission and other documents for approval • Submit engineering and VEVA changes to customers for approvals Cross-functional Team/Customer Satisfaction • Champion of direct and in-direct customer issues Single point of contact for customer Capture issues and open CAR (8D’s) Follow up at all other Autoliv Facilities (IBC, ITO, etc.) • Interface with customer field reps. to ensure customer concerns are taken care of • Teach and coach others in customer requirements and expectations Strong relationships, engagement and interface with all teams at Autoliv to ensure success. Customer Service Visits • Uphold a professional face and promote Autoliv • Champion all customer visits Training/Education/Skills • Four year degree in engineering and/or business or equivalent • Negotiation skills • Effective problem solving skills • Strong presentation skills (oral and written) • Understanding of customer based systems • Understand AOA quality systems • Ability to foster a trusting one-on-one relationship with customer interface • PAPP system • Effective written and oral communication skills • Strong leader, able to get things done without consistently having to go to management for assistance • Understanding of change management and VEVA activities • Understand cultural diversity
