I.T. LAN Admin
ITLAN Admins must have the ability to physically represent IT and communicate to the customer effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and assist in upgrading the physical and wireless networks within the facility.
- Programming and stacking Cisco switches
- Configuring network VLAN’s
- Installing and configuring wireless access points
- Ability to setup and troubleshoot conference room equipment.
- Ability to take direction from others within IT and communicate effectively between users and global I.T. Teams.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot Apple iPhones/iPads as well as Android mobile phones.
- Interact with business users daily and troubleshoot computer and application issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and install network attached printers and manufacturing AIAG label printers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and install manufacturing barcode scanners.
What is required:
• I.T Degree, I.T. Certifications, or 3-5 yrs experience
• 1-5 years of experience
• Customer Service oriented, problem solving skills, PC hardware/software troubleshooting, knowledge of networking standards and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Mac Operating System, Microsoft Windows Operating System,
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Server Operating System, Linux Operating System
• Experience with installing and replacing computer hardware components would be beneficial.
• Experience with internal/external audit compliance would be beneficial.
• Availability to work on-site
