IT Project Manager
What you’ll do:
Project Management:
- Provide Project Management support to activities related to their applications and support areas. Use Jira to organize efforts, submit change management requests, perform quality assurance testing, involve key users as appropriate.
System Support:
- Provide on going day-to-day support for assigned applications and functional areas. This could include providing training, maintaining knowledge base articles, answering questions, correcting errors, and coordinating with programs when there are bugs that need to be corrected.
Leadership Duties:
- Work with team members and provide individualized support to help each of them grow and succeed. This involves regular meetings based on their needs and working styles.
What is required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or Supply Chain Management / Logistics• 3-5 years of experience.
• General Knowledge of how business applications are architected.
• Ability to learn quickly and the ability to tenaciously follow projects and issues through to completion
• General understanding of business applications and IT architecture
• Project Management
• Need to have the ability to visit the USA, Canada and Mexico. There are occasions that the candidate would need to travel onsite to troubleshoot issues
• Proficiency in English language
