What you’ll do:
Payroll Administration:
- Audit Compliance Support: Assist with audit compliance activities including attestations, user reviews, and general audit support.
- WFS Clock Documentation: Maintain knowledge bases for WFS clock documentation.
- Training: Train LAN administrators on clock preventive maintenance, mounting, and configurations.
- Clock Management: Manage clock controllers.
- Workforce Change Management: Collaborate with the payroll department for testing, manage configuration for Workforce, and support projects by enabling/disabling clock options as dictated by workforce support.
- Day-to-Day Workforce Support: Provide user data requests from Human Resources, incident response, and general support.
BNA:
- User Provisioning/Termination: Handle user provisioning and termination processes.
- Compliance: Conduct role reviews, attestations, user reviews, and provide audit support.
- Change Management: Manage changes within the system.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation.
PRISM:
- User Provisioning/Termination: Manage user provisioning and termination.
- Compliance: Perform role reviews, attestations, user reviews, and support audits.
- Change Management: Oversee change management processes.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Invoicing Support: Provide support for invoicing activities.
Regional Application SOD Matrix:
- New Project Development: Develop a cross-application SOD framework to enable user access reviews across SOX applications in the region.
What is required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical field
- General understanding of business applications and IT architecture
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- Problem Solving Skills, Strong Customer Service mindset, Basic Technical Skillset - Communications
