What you’ll do:
- Develop & visualize strategy for target business via, lead new business winning strategy negotiations, including balancing both pricing and value selling points.
- Identify which business to target.
- Identify business winning price targets.
- Identify gaps & closure action plans to achieve business wins.
- Identify & support team pursuing “global best” cost levels.
- Develop scenarios & actions to support business growth:
- Coordinate Autoliv engagement in customer initiatives.
- Work with CTM’s to develop where to engage in pre-development projects with customers.
- Provide clarity of customer voice to Autoliv organization
- Provide clarity of Autoliv voice to customer
- Lead & manage strategy to achieve customer goals by coordinating Autoliv’s business wide activities outside our BU's direct influence:
- delivery performance
- minority supplier strategy
- Human resource development strategy
- corporate compliance strategy etc.
- Work with Business Support Group (BSG) to ensure accurate AMIS / ICAN / Quote / PO / Invoice data.
What is required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or higher
- 6+ years of related experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Relationship building and customer liaison abilities
- Technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Global commercial experience
- Effectively manage client relationships, drive sales, and support the overall business strategy
- Fluent in English
- German desirable
• Spanish a plus
