Maintenance Planner 

What you’ll do:

• Order all stocked parts and set up all new spare parts including location
• Manage VMI and Bench stock vendors 
• Manually issue parts for contractors/ interns 
• Issue and track PPE, supply PPE for new hires 
• Put in work orders for all parts that are made in house 
• Manage rebuild shop and prioritize work in rebuild shop 
• Arrange for expert to come in and rebuild pumps as needed 
• Transfer Bench stock to counted Stock • ations in JDE 
• Receive and deliver parts as required 
• Track and resolve discrepancies 
• Provide assistance within a team environment to identify issues and develop/implement improvements.
• Determines and requests resources as necessary.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

What is required:

• Preferred candidate will have high school education or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Leading to Lean preferred. 
• Strong multitasking skill and communication skills.
• Follow written and verbal instructions. 
• Must have strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Have good listening skills and the ability to work independently.
