Autoliv is looking to fill the role of a Manager for its Business Support Group at its Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This Manager will provide leadership for the Business Unit Controllers & Sales Support group to achieve the group’s key responsibilities: 

• Ensure on time & accurate AMIS forecast updates

• ACP (sales price accrual) control

• Customer Funded Tooling Recovery

• Aged AR Recovery

• Support BU in commercial & financial decisions

• GBO (Global Business Opportunity) update/forecast

• Sales amortization Tracking

• SIOP Sales Support

• APR reporting/ recommendation 


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or related field

• Experience leading others (team development, managing execution, building trust, making sound decisions etc.)

• Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles

• Experience within a Business Unit in account management/sales or OEM experience beneficial.

• Finance or accounting experience beneficial

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

• Working knowledge of AMIS, GBO, and HFM desirable

• Willingness to work globally (flexible hours) 

• Some travel required
