Operational Buyer - Brigham, UT (reqID 7740)

Autoliv is looking to fill the role of Operational Buyer located in its facility in Brigham City. 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the high volume of purchasing requisitions and issuing of purchase orders to support the IBC (Brigham City) & AOS (Ogden Service) facilities
  • Support category leader and strategic buyer by driving business strategy for multiple categories and providing ideas and opportunities to drive category success
  • Daily communication with stakeholders on PR-PO Status
  • Build, Repair and Maintain customer relationships through communication and collaboration
  • Position required to work out of both the Brigham City and Ogden facilities

 Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-5 years of related experience 
  • Background and experience in negotiations is preferred
  • Good working knowledge of ERP purchasing systems, PPT, Word, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Agile problem solver with a broad understanding of corporate culture
