We are seeking an experienced Software / System Leader who can drive the software technical disciplines, provide a system perspective and efficiently utilize globally distributed execution teams. The selected candidate will be working on a wide variety of technical problems and systems pertaining to the development & launch of electronics within Steering Wheels, Seatbelt products lines.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, such as Computer, Software, Electronics, Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience with:
    • Embedded software code development in automotive applications (C, C++, Python, MATLAB…)
    • Automotive software diagnostic and communication protocols (CAN, LIN…)
    • Electronic process methodology (ISO26262, SPICE, MISRA, AUTOSAR, V-Model…)
    • Requirements management (DOORS…)
    • Interfacing with ECU hardware and mechanical disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English as the required/primary language
  • Automotive Safety knowledge
  • Effective Project Management skills
  • Cross Functional Business Collaboration
  • Ability to execute product design development & launch in accord with internal & industry development processes & standards
  • Ability to collaborate within a large global automotive supply organization
  • Experience in Steering Wheel and Seat Belt related mechatronic systems
    • Infotainment / Switching Control
    • Motor Control
    • Heating Control
    • Lighting Control
    • Capacitance Sensing
