Electronics Process Lead Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for for driving engineering execution, maintaining strong communication with OEM customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical project timelines, and ensuring all open issues are effectively identified, tracked, and resolved to support successful program delivery.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Serve as the primary engineering interface with OEM customers, leading technical discussions, design reviews, issue resolution meetings, and escalation management while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Drive engineering execution and program delivery by communicating project status, technical risks, timing concerns, and recovery plans to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership across cross-functional engineering teams, coordinating resources, facilitating decision-making, mentoring engineers, and ensuring accountability for deliverables and commitments.
Own and manage the Engineering Open Issues List, ensuring issues are properly documented, prioritized, assigned, tracked, escalated when necessary, and closed with verified resolution.
Develop and maintain engineering project plans and launch readiness activities, including detailed timing plans, 30/60/90-day execution plans, DV/PV validation planning, build coordination, customer review preparation, and launch support.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong foundation in automotive product development and engineering principles.
7+ years of automotive engineering experience, including leading engineering teams, managing technical reviews, customer-facing activities, issue resolution, and launch support.
Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with OEM customers and collaborate within global cross-functional teams.
Strong technical knowledge of electronic and mechatronic systems, as well as expertise in program timing plans, open issue management, escalation management, and product launch activities.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and program management while driving successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
