Process Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role supports day-to-day production, drives continuous improvement, and ensures successful execution of new product launches.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and successful new product launches.
Monitor process performance using SPC and data analysis tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Lead root cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Provide real-time production support by troubleshooting equipment and resolving process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.
If you have/are:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field; CMgE or CMgET certification is a plus.
2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or high-volume production environments.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues on the shop floor.
Experience with root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why), SPC, process capability analysis, and Lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
Flexibility to work in a production environment, support off-shift operations, travel occasionally, and work extended hours during product launches or critical manufacturing events.
