Security Days Weekends

In this role you will be responsible for physical security of Autoliv Property and employees. Responsible for the initial medical treatment of injuries and illnesses of employees and contractors working on our property. Monitoring of camera surveillance, fire panel, and Access control.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Ensure the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and company assets through monitoring, patrols, and enforcement of security procedures.
Monitor and respond to security systems, including CCTV surveillance, fire detection panels, and access control systems, to protect facilities and personnel.
Provide initial medical response and basic treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses, maintaining accurate medical records and incident documentation.
Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and emergency situations, implementing appropriate corrective actions and reporting findings to management.
Conduct drug and alcohol screening programs while maintaining chain-of-custody requirements, and support Human Resources with employee terminations and other security-related activities.
If you have/are:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security, emergency response, industrial safety, law enforcement, or a related field.
Experience monitoring and operating CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, fire panels, and security alarms.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures, incident investigation techniques, report writing, and workplace safety protocols.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience conducting drug and alcohol testing while maintaining strict chain-of-custody requirements and confidentiality standards.
