Customer Planning FG Specialist
Responsible for filling customer orders to assure shipping correct quantity at the right time. Identify demand variations to stablish safety stock strategies. Interact with customers to obtain information to improve planning strategies.
Activities;
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing 24/7 support to OEMs and distribution depots.
Manage and resolve customer portal tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Create and maintain customer shipping schedules and releases.
Monitor customer inventory coverage by analyzing available stock against customer demand requirements.
Conduct weekly demand analysis to identify changes, trends, and potential risks in customer requirements.
Maintain and optimize Auto-Release processes and JDE system configurations.
Manage JDE planning parameters, including Freeze Fence, Planning Fence, and Long-Range Forecast (LRF) settings.
Monitor and drive Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
Follow up on customer concerns and Non-Conformance Events (NCEs), supporting 8D problem-solving activities.
Lead engineering change implementation and build-out activities to ensure seamless customer transitions.
Participate in and support continuous improvement and planning projects.
Prepare and analyze weekly and quarterly sales forecasts and projections.
Review production rates versus sales trends and collaborate with Production Planning to balance demand and capacity.
Coordinate Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to depot inventory.
Manage depot return processes and ensure timely disposition of returned materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related area.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively provide feedback and resolve conflicts.
APICS certification or coursework preferred.
Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics fundamentals, including interactions between raw materials, production, inventory, and finished goods.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) concepts and processes.
Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
