In this role you will be responsible for
Coordinate all aspects of Service Parts for multiple facilities and customers:
- Support all Autoliv plants to have On Time Delivery of Service parts, with an emphasis on Steering Wheel Operations
- Work closely with the plants and central groups to remove barriers to Service Delivery
- Ensure execution to existing Service build and delivery processes at all facilities
- Improve Service build and delivery processes.
- Escalate issues to deliver on time to the OEM’s and to eliminate chargebacks and VOR’s
- Support P10, Ascend and Transformational improvements to make and keep AOS Profitable
- Utilize and update the Service Parts Cross Reference Database to keep organized and efficient.
- interface with SCM for component availability
- Support Service Parts Account Managers with information and plant execution
What is required:
Bachelor’s degree PLM Service Part Cross-reference database, and ICAN Autoliv databases, OEM experiences, and Engineering experience.
