Facilities Engineer
What you'll do:
Plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
Schedules and coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
What is required:
Must have AutoCAD experience be familiar with building and fire codes, previous experience with Siemens building software is desired.
Must have an Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical).
Previous experience with large, chilled water systems and Air conditioning systems.
Prefer 5 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering.
