IT Global Security Architect – Infrastructure
Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Global Security Architect – Infrastructure to lead the design and evolution of our enterprise security architecture, with a focus on infrastructure technologies. This role ensures a secure, robust, and risk-informed ecosystem by collaborating across architecture domains and guiding technical direction for security solutions.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain current and future state security architecture for infrastructure technologies.
Create secure, reusable, and interoperable security reference architectures, patterns, and governance components.
Partner with infrastructure, SOC, platform, and application teams to embed security throughout solution lifecycles.
Provide technical guidance to security engineers and collaborate with domain architects on security elements of solutions.
Support risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response from an architectural perspective.
Contribute to internal security policies, standards, and configuration guides.
Align architecture with frameworks such as NIST CSF, SCF, and CIS Benchmarks; monitor emerging trends.
Evaluate and select new/replacement security technologies and maintain technology portfolio
What is required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; security certifications preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in enterprise IT (global environment preferred).
3+ years in an architect or senior engineer role designing complex security solutions, especially infrastructure-related.
Hands-on experience at scale prioritized over theoretical knowledge.
Strong Expertise in cloud and on-premises security (or related) Infrastructure technologies as MFA, IAM, Active Directory, WAN , Firewalls, network segmentation, and observability tools.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
