Training facilitator
What you’ll do:
- Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- Needs Assessment: Assess training needs within the organization and create tailored programs to address those needs.
- Instructional Materials: Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
What is required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning software.
