Training facilitator

What you’ll do:

• Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Facilitation: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
• Needs Assessment: Assess training needs within the organization and create tailored programs to address those needs.
• Instructional Materials: Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
• Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning software.
