Human Resource Generalist

What you’ll do:

• Proven analytical skills as well as ability to develop sound recommendations and solutions.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What is required:

• Intermediate HR experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• BS/BA in HR or Business-related field required.
• Experience coaching and interacting with various positions throughout the organization.
• Experience developing and implementing action plans to build strong team oriented and positive employee relations environment.
• Experience facilitating employee and supervisory training strongly preferred.
• Knowledge / experience with Lean manufacturing concepts preferred.
