Autoliv at its Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI, is searching for an Account Manager who will be responsible for management of day-to-day commercial matters for the assigned products and programs. This account manager requires boundaryless behavior to leverage resources across a matrix organization to ensure resolution of all customer issues, regardless of whether their nature is not related to core commercial responsibilities.  

Responsibilities include:

• Quotations of new business and changes to existing business
• Contract management
• Price negotiations
• Invoice tracking

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Business with a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience within the automotive industry is required.
• Restraints experience is preferred.
• Experience with start-up OEMs is preferred.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a sharp business acumen, capability to conduct financial analyses.
• Willingness to be flexible and agile to meet changing customer needs.
• Proficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office), data analytics and associated software (Power BI, etc.).
• Willingness to learn, capability to use complex systems for business case development.
