What you’ll do:

• Support development & execution of Commercial Excellence strategy within the divisional and global sales organization
• Support and drive commercial recovery activities for AAM, coordinate across customer groups, divisions
• Participate in global projects on Commercial Excellence
• Identify planning steps, key resources, and manage execution
• Evaluate need & propose process optimization of commercial activities across all areas of the Product Lifecycle, including digitalization roadmap
• Other deliverables as directed by VP Sales and Commercial Excellence Global Director

What is required:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with commercial claims management and recovery
• Experience with project/change management
• Sales, Business Unit and/or Purchasing experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills required. Power BI skills desired
• Financial Acumen
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proven communications skills
• Results and accuracy oriented
